We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on consultant to provide expert financial services on a project (hourly) basis to our clients.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight: Provide comprehensive financial oversight for clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in financial reporting.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgeting processes, conduct financial forecasting, and provide strategic financial insights to clients.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, interpret trends, and communicate key findings to clients for informed decision-making.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow for clients, providing recommendations to optimize liquidity and working capital.
Month-end and Year-end Closing: Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and oversee the preparation of regulatory reports.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring financial stability for clients.
Process Improvement: Implement and enhance financial processes, systems, and controls to drive operational efficiency.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external auditors, and stakeholders to achieve financial objectives.
Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid certification.
5-8 years of substantiated experience in financial management and control roles.
Proven experience in a hands-on and proactive financial leadership position.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Proficient in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
