infinytt is a leading financial services provider supporting our clients with agile, flexible and forward thinking services in the finance area of their business. We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on consultant to provide expert financial services on a project (hourly) basis to our clients.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external reporting purposes.

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records and identify discrepancies.

  • Expense Management: Manage and reconcile expenses, verifying receipts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Month-end and Year-end Closing: Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

  • Tax Compliance: Assist in tax preparation and compliance, collaborating with external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

  • Financial Analysis Support: Provide support for financial analysis activities, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Audit Preparation: Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any audit-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.

  • CPA or other relevant certifications preferred.

  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
