We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on consultant to provide expert financial services on a project (hourly) basis to our clients.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external reporting purposes.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records and identify discrepancies.
Expense Management: Manage and reconcile expenses, verifying receipts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Month-end and Year-end Closing: Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Tax Compliance: Assist in tax preparation and compliance, collaborating with external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Financial Analysis Support: Provide support for financial analysis activities, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Audit Preparation: Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any audit-related concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
CPA or other relevant certifications preferred.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
