We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on consultant to provide expert financial services on a project (hourly) basis to our clients.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Financial Performance Analysis: Lead the analysis of financial performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into the company's financial health.
Strategic Planning Support: Assist in strategic planning by providing in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support decision-making.
Budget Oversight: Manage and oversee budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and monitoring budget performance.
Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial performance, identifying areas for improvement or strategic adjustments.
Profitability Analysis: Analyze profitability by product, service, or business segment, providing recommendations for optimizing revenue and minimizing costs.
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
Data Visualization: Create and present financial reports using data visualization tools to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Forecasting Accuracy: Enhance the accuracy of financial forecasts through continuous evaluation and refinement of forecasting methodologies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, share insights, and contribute to overall business performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and performance management roles.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
