We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on consultant to provide expert financial services on a project (hourly) basis to our clients.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Lead financial planning and analysis activities, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and overseeing budgetary compliance.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements for management and clients.
Cash Flow Optimization: Monitor and optimize cash flow to enhance liquidity and working capital efficiency.
Cost Management: Implement cost management strategies to maximize profitability and identify areas for cost reduction.
Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies.
Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any audit-related concerns.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding financial stability.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and support for various business functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5-8 years of proven experience in financial management.
CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications preferred.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
